TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

COPYRIGHT:

• All print and e-books are protected by copyright. No parts of them may be reproduced, distributed, reprinted in other publications, or sold without written permission from Barcelona Publishers (herein called BP).

• It is a violation of copyright to share e-books with others who have not purchased the e-book.

E-BOOKS:

• All e-book purchases come with a limit of 5 downloads. Once the download limit has been reached, you will not be able to download the book again without placing a new order. Please make sure that you store your media in a safe place.

• You are solely responsible for deciding which e-book version to purchase for your e-reading device. BP is not responsible if you purchase the wrong version, or if you purchase an enhanced version (with audio or video files) and you are unable to access them on your computer or e-reading device. Please consult your e-reader device manufacturer prior to purchasing an e-book of any kind.

• You are solely responsible for knowing how to use your own computer and e-reading device, and to open and download the appropriate e-books on that device. BP cannot advise you or assume responsibility for failure to open and download the appropriate e-book on your computer or device.

• BP assumes no liability for any information, instructions, or advice that it may provide to you.

• E-books are not returnable unless the file is defective.

RETURN POLICY:

1. All returns must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
2. We will not accept returns of more than 8 copies per title.
3. All returned items must be First-Quality and in original condition. A refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned items only if items are shrink wrapped as sold or First-Quality. First Quality is defined as having clean edges, no scratches, folded corners, marked pages, etc. Item must be re-sellable for a refund to be issued for that item.
4. Return shipment fees are paid by the customer unless due to Barcelona error.
5. A copy of your original invoice and packing slip must be included with the shipment. Carton must be marked with your original order number as shown on the packing slip, AND RMA number.
6. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for e-books.All sales are final.
7. Re-stocking fees for wholesale/retail accounts as follows:
   1. 10% fee on returns of 5 items or less
   2. 20% fee on returns of 6 to 15 items
   3. 30% fee on returns of 16 items or more
   4. 50% fee on non-compliance or unauthorized returns
8. Wholesale/retail accounts will be issued an account credit until they are paid in full.

WEBSITE:

• The website of Barcelona Publishers is protected by copyright. The BP web site or any portion thereof may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Barcelona Publishers.

• The web site and all its contents and services are provided by BP as is and as available. BP does not warrant the efficiency or functionality of the website, not does BP warrant that the website is free of viruses or other harmful components. BP assumes no liability for damages caused by using the BP website. You agree that you are using the BP website at your own risk.

PRIVACY:

• Barcelona Publishers will not disclose to any third party any information provided by users about themselves or their purchases.

• All information provided by customers upon registering on the BP website will be kept strictly confidential.

• All communications from and to Barcelona Publishers are kept strictly confidential.

• All transactions and purchases of customers are kept strictly confidential.
